This is where we’ll begin working with colors, shapes, fonts, and tone, to bring your brand identity to life.

Our completion stage includes all the behind-the-scenes work to set up a secure, easy-to-maintain, easy-to-update, web presence.

We thoroughly review and analyze the visual strategy and suggest ways to finesse the process.

After we meet, we will record all your requirements, so we can develop initial specifications to outline the work to be performed.

If applicable, we will sign a mutual NDA. This is usually not needed, but in the case of certain intellectual property, this protects you and us.

We create the SoW specific to your requirements. It includes a description of services to be provided, estimated level of effort, and terms and conditions.

After SoW approval, the work begins according to the terms in the document.

Work is completed. You confirm the work meets the standard of quality laid out in the SoW.

We will provide ongoing maintenance and support after the initial work phase is complete. This can include adding additional functionality, content updates, or simply ensuring that routine updates and backups are performed.
